Share your opinions about our products with your fellow OTG shoppers. We'd love to hear from you.
Here's how:
1. Find the item you want to review and click on "write a review."
2. Log into your online account (or create one).
3. list pros/cons and write your comments.
4. Preview and submit your review—it will show up in a few days.
Guidelines on submitting a review:
- Give your honest feedback on product quality and performance based on your personal experiences.
- Try and rate the product, pros/cons and your written comments.
- Keep customer-service comments separate from product comments.
The following content is not permitted:
- Specific pricing references.
- Obscene or provocative language
- Advertisements and "spam" content
- Personally identifiable info (e.g., email addresses, URLs, phone numbers)
- HTML tags or special characters

Q. Who can submit a review?
A. Anyone who has registered for an OTG online account can submit a review. We highly encourage you to write a review of your OTG purchases!
Q. Why do I need to register to submit a review?
A. This requirement helps us to avoid getting anonymous, inappropriate reviews.
Q. Do all reviews get published?
A. No. We won't publish reviews that contain offensive material, have specific pricing references or use inappropriate tags.
Q. I submitted a review several days ago. Why is it not appearing on the site?
A. A moderator reads all reviews for appropriateness, so please allow up to 5 working days for your review to be approved and published.
