Return Policy
Our first priority is your complete satisfaction with your Outdoor Travel Gear purchase. If you are dissatisfied for any reason and have your original store receipt or web invoice, we will exchange the item in question or provide a full refund. The item in question should be new and unused. We will provide your refund using the same method of payment that you used to purchase the item. Returns accompanied by a gift receipt can be exchanged for a gear credit equal to the price of the item at the time of purchase. Our store manager will determine credit amount. You can return your purchase at any Outdoor Travel Gear store or by mail, regardless of whether you bought it in-store or online. If you want to return it by mail, please follow the steps outlined at www.OutdoorTravelGear.com.

Please include a detailed note that includes your name, address, daytime telephone number, e-mail address, the reason for the return, your original web invoice or a copy of your store receipt (keep a copy for your records) and what action you would like us to take.
Please send your package via a traceable delivery service. OTG does not cover the cost of return postage.
If requesting a credit on your credit card and the item was purchased in one of our retail stores, please include the name on the account, the card number & expiration date.
Because of size constraints, canoes, kayaks, skis and roof rack boxes may be returned only at our retail stores.
