How to Activate the device:
Download Mappls App
Search for Mappls MapmyIndia App on Google Play Store or Apple App Store to
download and install the app.
Activation and Payment of Services:
Click on ‘Activate Device’ on the Mobile App and fill up the required details. Kindly fill all the required details and upload the documents and click on submit.
OR
For the activation of services, kindly call on +91-999-933-3223 and let us know your MMI ID (You can find this number on the MMI Device and on the warranty card). Once done please send an email with signed copies of KYC and SIM agreement (inside the box) to the E-mail - vtsupport@mapmyindia.com.
Once the device is added to the “My Gadgets” list, it will show the status as “Activation in process”. The device will be live within 10-30mins if it is installed and activated.
