I don't have an account. How do I register?

Simply click on "Login/Register" tab at the top of any page and you will be directed to a registration page where you can enter your information and choose a password. Do I need to create an account to purchase gear from the OTG website?

No, you can purchase products by simply putting in your email id or signing in through your facebook id during checkout and your account will automatically be created. However, registration is simple and you can follow the below link to open your account:

After registration can I update my account information?

Yes, you can update / edit your account information. After logging in, go to My Account – Settings – (there you will find) Account information, Change password, Addresses. Click on the appropriate link to update the information. Please ensure that all the information you provide is correct and up to date.

 

I have forgotten my password. How do I obtain a new password?

You can click on ‘Forgot Password?’ in the Login panel. Enter the email address you entered at the time of registration. Check your email and follow the prompts to generate a new password.

What if I've provided the wrong address?

Don’t worry, you can edit the address. Go to Addresses in “My Account”, there you can find “Your Saved Address”. Click on the edit button (as shown in the image) and you can change your address

Can I change the User ID and/or email address on my account?

Yes, to update your User ID and/or email address at any time, sign in to your account with your User ID and Password. Go to My Account ¬ - Settings - Account Information. Here you will find an option “New email ID”, put in your new email ID and save the changes.

Now you can access your account with your new email ID.

How can I create/update my Wishlist?

It’s easy to create a Wishlist, but you must have a account in order to create one.

Click on Add to Wishlist on the product page and product will be added to your wish list. And it will be saved to your account for future reference.

To update your Wishlist, after logging in, you can click on the “Wishlist” link at the top of the website.

Can I use the same email to register again?

No, you can’t. For registering again for a new account, you will require a new or an unregistered email ID.

How do I subscribe to your newsletter and other updates?

At the time of registration, select the appropriate box to subscribe to our newsletter.

You will also get updates on new arrivals, sales, participation in an event etc. And don’t worry about spams. From our end you will not receive any spam or marketing mails.

Can I write a review of a product I have purchased?

Yes, we welcome reviews and feedback of a product. Please choose the product you want to submit a review and then click on the ‘Write a review’ button. Along with the review you can also rate the product on a scale of 1 to 5. We should mention that a customer has to be logged in, if he / she would want to review a product.

Can I stay connected to OTG through social media like Facebook and Twitter?

Yes, we are present on various social media channels. You can click on the appropriate social media links on the website under “Keep In Touch” to connect with us and keep yourself updated about new products, contests, product knowledge / reviews, latest updates / events, inspiration and tips & tricks for the outdoors.

How often are new products added to the online store?
