Package tracking is available for all online orders.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with the Tracking Number of the order. You may also acquire the Tracking Number by logging in to your account and clicking on “Track Your Order” link.
You may track your package approximately 48 hours after you place the order. This delay may be longer for orders placed on weekends and Public Holidays.
Please note that oversized and hazardous items may be shipped separately from the rest of your order.
Every time you place an order, you'll receive email notifications of the status of your order. You may also log into your account on OutdoorTravelGear.com, click on “My Account” and select “Track My Order”, then click on view details and you can see the tracking information for that order.
If you have not received our mail, please check your spam folder first. In such cases please contact us to check whether we received your order. Also if you have not received any mails at all, then kindly bring it to our notice, so that we can rectify the same at the earliest.
Orders can take up to 48 hours to process, exclusive of weekends and public holidays. An additional 24-hour delay can occur if an order is reviewed to protect against fraudulent credit card use. If your order status is still pending after three working days, please contact us.
