On the OutdoorTravelGear.com site you can either shop by category or by the product’s brand name. For every product we try to provide a description / features / specifications, product code, price and other relevant information pertaining to the product. The product’s rating and review as provided by other users will be displayed when available.
Placing an order on the OTG site is easy. You can either login to your account or checkout without creating an account if you are in a hurry. Next, select the product(s) you want to purchase and add them to your cart, review your purchase, click on checkout, enter your shipping address and payment information and submit your order. After you submit the order you will receive a confirmation by email, which includes the order no., the list of items ordered and prices and other particulars related to the order. If you do not receive a confirmation mail, then kindly inform us on email@example.com.

Yes, if the order has not yet been shipped out, then please email on firstname.lastname@example.org or call on the numbers given in "Contact Us" page. Our customer service team will assist you. There will be a 5% cancellation charge levied and rest of the order amount would be refunded or given as credit, which can be used for future purchases.
If the order has been shipped out, we would not be able to cancel / modify the order. Kindly check the "Returns" link at the bottom of the page for the "Returns Policy"
We apologize if you have received a damaged or a defect product. All products go through Quality Check before being shipped from our warehouse. Sometimes even we make mistakes. No, you cannot add a product to the same order. You can place a new order and we would dispatch the same at the earliest.

Yes, you can. Just click on ‘Add to My Wishlist’ and the product will be added to your list, which you can view at a later date. To view all products on your wishlist you can click ‘Wishlist’ on the menu at the top of the page or in “My Account” after logging in.
We do have an Annual Sale in the month of March every year during which every product available in our store is out on discount. Besides that our “Gear Deals” constantly have deals on products.
